Adegas e Viñedos Vía Romana was founded in 1997, within the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin in Galicia, in the Chantada subzone. The winery is housed in a 16th-century manor house and takes its name from a Roman road that once linked Astorga with Braga, used to transport the exceptional wines of this area. At its feet lies the vineyard, overcoming a challenging yet privileged landscape on the banks of the River Miño.

Vía Romana is a commitment to quality, care and the know-how of a family tradition that began with its first harvest in 1998, with a special focus on offering the true essence of the land where our vines grow.
